Six Degrees
This section of the website is designed for networking with other individuals. Goizueta Business School at Emory University started a process like this as an intranet conference for MBA students. It's based on the idea that everybody is separated from eachother by 6 degrees. Its overwhelming success at Goizueta and the repeated emails I get from readers of this website, made me think that this might work here.
For example, if you have a connection to a company (or even for residency programs) you would like to share, send me an email with the contact you have and any applicable information i.e. website etc. Please indicate this information in the subject of your email to make my life easier:

If you need a connection at a company (or hospital or residency program etc.), again, send me an email in the following format in the subject of your email:
NEED: Contact at Cincinnati ER Residency Program
Because I value my connections as much as the next person, I am not going to list the actual contacts, only the headline. I also will not list the individual's whole email, only part of it (i.e. nate...@hotmail.com) who posted the connection to prevent them from receiving spam.
